CAREER
In four seasons with the Cowboys, converted 60 of 82 field goals (73.2 percent) including a career-long 56-yard kick in 2005.
Tied an NFL record after splitting the uprights on seven field goal attempts against the New York Giants on Monday Night Football (9/15/03).
Earned NFL Special Teams Player of the Week honors on three occasions over his first two seasons.

2007 (FALCONS)
Signed by the Falcons as a free agent on May 4, 2007.

2006 (SAINTS)
Signed with the New Orleans Saints on November 22, 2006 and competed in five regular season games and two playoff games.
Handled kickoff duties, totaling 29 kicks (64.4 avg.) and three touchbacks.
Missed his only field goal attempt from 51 yards against the New York Giants (12/24).

2005 (COWBOYS)
Released by the Cowboys in training camp due to a quad injury, but was resigned on Nov. 18 and competed in six games.
Converted 5 of 8 field goals and all 14 extra point attempts.
Set a club record and a career-long with a 56-yard field goal just prior to halftime versus Detroit (11/20).
Released by the Cowboys on Dec. 26.

2004 (COWBOYS)
Led the Cowboys in points (91) for the third consecutive year, converting 20 of 26 field goals and 31 PATs.
Handled kickoff duties and logged three touchbacks with an average opponent's starting position on the 25.5-yard line.
Opponents averaged 17.5 yards on kickoff returns, the lowest in the league.
In the Cowboys' 43-39 comeback victory against Seattle (12/6) on Monday Night Football, made all three field goal attempts, including season-long 49 and 47-yard kicks. Executed an onside kick which was recovered by the Cowboys and led to the winning drive.
Recorded his only special teams tackle of the season against New Orleans (12/12).
In the season finale at the New York Giants (1/2/05), made all three field goal attempts of 40, 24 and 45 yards.

2003 (COWBOYS)
Led Dallas with 99 points, making 23 of 29 field goals and 30 of 31 extra points.
Booted three field goals from 50 yards or longer.
Earned NFC Special Teams Player of the Week honors on Monday Night Football after tying an NFL record with seven field goals made on a team record eight attempts against the New York Giants (9/15). Field goals included a 52-yard kick on the final play of regulation to send the game into overtime and the 25-yard game-winning kick in OT.
Split the uprights on 51-yard and 28-yard field goals in a 23-21 win over Philadelphia (10/12).
Earned NFC Special Teams Player of the Week honors again versus the New York Giants (12/21) after going 4 for 4 on field goal attempts.
Hit a 37-yard field goal in his postseason debut at Carolina in the NFC Wild Card game (1/3/04).

2002 (COWBOYS)
Signed as a non-drafted free agent and won the kicking job in the preseason.
Converted 12 of 19 field goal attempts and all 25 PATs, leading the team with 61 points.
Opened the season by hitting his first career field attempt of 33 yards at Houston (9/8).
Earned NFC Special Teams Player of the Week honors after hitting a game-tying 35-yard field goal and a 48-yard overtime game-winning field goal at St. Louis (9/29).

COLLEGE
Finished his four-year career at Drake with 15 school records and seven Pioneer Football League kicking marks, including points (284), field goals (49 of 79) and PATs (137 of 151)
Made eight field goals of 50 yards or longer, including a 62-yard kick in 2000, the second-longest field goal in NCAA I-AA history.
Named first-team All-Pioneer League all four years and appeared on the all-academic team for three seasons.
As a senior, earned Division I-AA All-America honors and was named a co-recipient of the Jerry Howlett Award given annually to Drake's outstanding student-athlete.
As a junior, earned Football Gazette's NCAA I-AA mid-major player of the year, finishing second in the nation with 20 field goals and 40 of 44 PATs.
Became the first true freshman kicker in league history to earn first-team all-conference honors.

PERSONAL
Helped lead Harlan (Iowa) Community High School to two Class 3A state football titles.
Named Omaha World Herald and Council Bluffs Daily Nonpareil Southwest Iowa Prep Athlete of the Year for 1997-98.
Three time all-state football player.
Annual participant in the Muscular Dystrophy Association golf tournament in Des Moines, Iowa, the largest outing in the country for the MDA.
Promotes literacy and sends books to Third World countries through International Book Project, a non-profit organization started by his wife's great aunt.
In four years at Dallas, was involved in several community events with the United Way, Salvation Army and local schools.
Married to Nicole, who just graduated from law school. Pursuing MBA at Arizona State University and substitute teaches in the offseason.
Full name is William Ambrose Cundiff, born in Phoenix.
